Pastel Landscapes

Much of my artwork is inspired by nature, and my series of landscape drawings is a collection of the places that I appreciate most. They depict scenery from Colorado and coastal North Carolina.

Each piece is created with conte crayon, a unique pastel-like medium that gives the piece a soft, blended look. The toned paper surface allows for a beautiful exploration of light and shadow.
